dBoftheselectedrangeandisupdatedonceasecond.
Thebargraph’scenterpointrepresentsthemidpointofthe
selectedrange,forexample,forRange70,thecenterpoint
represents70dB.Thebargraphupdatesevery0.2seconds
or0.5seconds.
Overrange Indicator
Whenthesoundlevelishigherthanthehighestnumber
intheselectedrange,thebargraphgoesto+10dBand
boththebargraphandthenumberthatrepresentsthenext
rangeash.
Forexample,ifthemetermeasures91dBinRange80,
thenthenumber90andthebargraphash.Ifthemeter
measuresmorethan126dBinRange120,thenumber126
andthebargraphash.
Ifyougettheoverrangeindicator,tryahigherrangesetting
untilyougetareadingintheupperhalfoftherange(0to
+10dB).
Underrange Indicator
Whenthemeasuredsound
levelislowerthanthe
lowestsoundlevelofthe
selectedrange,LOappears
